If you need assistance with online security or crime issues, our Help Desk and Support agents are here to help. You can submit a ticket by clicking the "Submit a Ticket" button on the right side of this page. Once your ticket has been submitted, you will be able to track its status by clicking the "Check Ticket Status" button. Thank you for choosing FOCSC.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. 

  1. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. 
  2. For your reference, we provide complete archives and a history of all your support requests. 
  3. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
